Is TherapyCRM only for ABA practices?
No. It is built for pediatric therapy teams broadly — applied behaviour analysis, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy — and many practices run more than one discipline in the same account.
Does session data collection work offline?
Yes. Session Runner keeps an encrypted draft on the device and syncs when a connection returns, using replay-safe receipts so a session is never lost or recorded twice.
Can it track Ontario Autism Program funding?
TherapyCRM tracks funding programs generically: enrollments, approved hours and amounts, an exact-minute utilization ledger and adjustments. It also produces a funder progress report with an Ontario Autism Program profile. It does not currently include province-specific billing rule packs or claims submission.
Is there a parent or guardian portal?
Yes. Guardians can view shared documents, complete forms, request appointments into a coordinator-reviewed queue, see invoices and payment plans, and log home-practice assignments.
Where is TherapyCRM available?
TherapyCRM is available in Canada outside Quebec. Privacy controls include role-based access, MFA, audit logging and short sessions. Processing may occur outside Canada; review the published privacy policy and subprocessors. Compliance depends on your practice, configuration and contracts; no certification is claimed.
